Teachers here are extreme bullies. The organaniztation has a very toxic and negative energy. Working here for a few months gave me so much trauma and stress. After quitting I was so relaxed and at peace. There is a lot of team work activities for teachers but the ego clash among them makes it difficult to complete even small taskson time. There is a lot of politics, jealousy and back stabbing here ....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
