MSRTC is biggest transport corporation in India. This also includes automobile maintainance workshops which is helpful for freshers to learn all maintainance related work and also documents related work.

All types of policies framed are thoughtfull..Organisational structure is quite good but promotional policy is not appropriate & hence talented officers are not being given proper justice..

Promotion policy is not at all good & hence talent is neglected at officer levels..Further managerial functions are not handled properly due to lack of knowledge with the main stream officers..
