Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Nothing you should do if are in need of money and not getting any type of job if you are doing i must say it is good you are at least getting some money use that money for upskill apne skill pe lagao koi 20k 30k save kar k koi accha electrical ya it course kar k upskill karo khudko job tabhi lagegi if you don't have skills you will not get decent job

If you are doing apprenticeship don't get too involved in that environment get out that environment like upskill yourself focus on what you can do best for your future
