As of now all required steps for prevention of COVID 19 has been taken by the Organization. Vehicles were arranged for pick and drop of staff. But all staff are facing salary cuts due to lack of revenue to hospital, since Inpatient occupancy has reduced because of COVID. Apart from this there is no other issue.

Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

The culture here is very traditional and old, staff do not accept the fact that they have to match the pace of the world and work. Moreover there are lot of disagreements while implementing new ideas. Being in the management, this becomes a challenge to work in here.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
