Management is good. No strict rule is there. Flexible working hours. Great work culture. Frequently learning trainings will be held, one can join if want. Everyone is very co- operating and helping. Seniors are very co-operative although our mother toung is different. I was in a team which was surrounded by all Marathi folks except me(Bengali). Though only for me they used to discuss most of the time in Hindi. The only reason to left the company was to relocate to Kolkata back for some personal reason. Else I never left Mahaonline. I was hired as an Asp.net programmer. And learned many many things there, also gathered some advance level SQL skill from the soft- skills trainings at an experience of only 8- 10 months. Freshers are being encourage to work in some good projects.
