The infrastructure of Company is Good,The compnay invested on assets very much .There are good learning opportunities here.These are only two possitives in my opinion.

There is much more to write 1.Micro level involvement of MD in Plant,sometimes it creates issues 2.Salary slabs of workers is very low as compare to market ,always faced worker shortage which ultimately causes machines stoppages i.e.less productivity leads to order delays 3.There is no facility of leaves(No CL, No EL , No SL) and Medical Insurance facility at any level. 4.No canteen facility for staff or workers...Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
