All staff mamber so nice behaviour and nice environment
The infrastructure of Company is Good,The compnay invested on assets very much .There are good learning opportunities here.These are only two possitives in my opinion.

There is much more to write
1.Micro level involvement of MD in Plant,sometimes it creates issues
2.Salary slabs of workers is very low as
compare to market ,always faced worker shortage which ultimately causes machines stoppages i.e.less productivity leads to order delays
3.There is no facility of leaves(No CL, No EL , No SL) and Medical Insurance facility at any level.
4.No canteen facility for staff or workers...Read More
