All the employees are nice and help each other well.

Dislikes

No matter how well work in this company how hard work there is no use management does not support. HR policy also not good. If ask something to Hr. He tells you the name of the management. If you ask something to the management, they tell you the name of the Hr. Think about joining in this company. there is no use, HR does not support to the employee. Waste of time waste of knowledge.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
