An army like organization. Strict & disciplined in working. No chances of doing any corruption. Can't cheat, steal, any of the company property. Entire office work, computer work, mobile location, tracked by the company during working hours. So no chance to cheat the company, lie or postpone the work. Salaries are not very high.
