Maha Software Solutions is open to innovation and they believe in Be Productive Not Busy . I love the fact that I am a part of a team that has a global client base. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and growth is good. Managers do value an individuals unique strengths. There is on-job training for freshers.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after preparing and maintaining important financial reports. Ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time. Identify issues and strategize solutions, and to help organisation run effectivel

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
