Job security is fare enough, people are also supportive but difficult to adjust for new person. Comparatively very low compensation for freshers.

Likes

Nice place to work, learn new things,develop skills,and gain experience. Also nice place to learn about machines related to automotive parts manufacturing.

Dislikes

Salary is little bit less as compared to other companies. Also work environment is hot and hard working.
