A honest opinion from my side who ever wants to join this company.. please never do that. never ever join this company in terms of learning purpose as well. Reason as mentioned below. This is situated at near matanhil village in haryana. Plant is very nice but people who works with in it are worst people. There is no team play in this plant and most of the time you have to work individually . You are a scholar and have definite expertise in your field, you might be thrown out earlier from this organization because they don't value it infact if you have a certain idea with in you they will not help you to implement instead the dominate you to follow their idea which definitely going to fail and blame you for it. Manpower not properly managed if some one does then old staff were getting jealous and something were planned against him. Many cases i had seen that they bypass their standard parameters and works goes on as per their mood. Plant manager Mr Pradeep Mahapatra who knows nothing about the work and involved everyone into their dirty politics maintain a worst work culture inside the plant. We often saw that person spitting nonsense rather direct towards good. New employs never ever complete their probation because no such environment support them to stay at lest 6 months at company. About accommodation is very apathetic , unhygienic. They managers were always wants to dominate the juniors and most of the time they disrespect the people working on floors. Infect there is such kind of negative were generated new people never wants to work there. As i mentioned new employee never ever complete their probations, they left the organization before six months.
