Depends on department, can get work from home on nature of department. That's it some employee works totally Remote like no centralised rule, didn't even came atleast once since joining...HRs are good but didn't know why this inequality.

Employees who came regularly to office are underpaid and who works hybrid are offered extra remuneration for coming to 7 days, and employees working from office havecti bear every expenses on their own also with less salary. They are doing racism and I have started feeling inferior than others who work in hybrid. Inequality at its peak.

Work pressure is very high they will not let you sleep You will receive calls continuously while driving also if you are not able to achieve daily targets. Total hire and fire culture if you are fresher don’t join here they will spoil you whole career. You will get abused by both company and the merchant also. There product is too bad they do illegal things legally

Always seniors will tell you do resign and all either if you are doing hardwork they will not see that, if you are bd in this organisation than totally you will get disrespect the company is doing 12 months hiring if you are not doing the sale in one day 10k than your job will be in risk and they give only one week to proof yourselfwith very big targets.. and if.
