There is literally nothing that I'm happy say that I liked about the company apart from learning by my own and by the unprofessional insults the superiors have expressed.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. Micromanagement at its worse. CEO himself verifies the eligibility of an associate in the company (which terrible looking at the value of the company) No job security (And this is not only after u have served or a year or so, but they have a rule of 21day training and people who fail in the training evaluation is kicked out mercilessly) No work life balance (I've worked from 6am to 1am on days) Exhausting targets (They have everyday targets and they make you work even on weekends if you fail to complete the target)...Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
