Team Environment Is Always Healthy And Supportive. Transparent Higher Management Is A Big Plus. Working For A Parent Brand Like 'The Times Group' Is A Pride To Carry.

The most stagnant hierarchy. You may get good salary but getting a position even after spending and performing for years is difficult in Magicbricks. This slows down your career growth in long run. Few administrative policies are terrible and need improvement, difficult to work with them at times. Incentive payouts are humongous but terms and conditions to clinch those slabs are way too complicated....Read More

Its amazing, I get to mentor few of the new joiners. These mentoring sessions can lead to self development as a leader. On field work taught me more about an approach and patience.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
