In pune Pathetic work culture, poor worl life balance, on paper working days are from mon to fri, but they ask you to work on saturday as well, theres complete biasness between vintage and the newbie, even though company's CEO is from HR background yet there is zero HR policy

Unpaid extension of work ,where we are forced to work if sales are not met no breakers , negetive managers and tl forced to work on week ends/off days no sort of nh or holidays forced to work as well , if you join this company you will die just working no work life balance at all.

Nothing much to say about likes except for salary structure to save taxes(not the salary paid) and you get to work with new technologies here.

No work life balance, not promoted much, not so high salary, micro management, policies which doesn't benefit employee much, toxic hierarchy, no work from home.

Good in terms of job security. Appraisals are average but for those who are already on a good package.

Dislikes

No employee friendly policy. Only good tax benefits. Most managers cry if asked for leave. Senior tech managers are not competent enough for their roles. Flexible shift timings but some managers unnecessarily asks to come before a particular time. Some people are favourites of senior managers so all the tech innovation related tasks are given to them only. Others are provided with regular tasks.

A lot of things, you will not receive promotions, the higher management have don’t how to handle people management, their is no retention policy even the HR is also not supportive, you called her 10 times then she will be going to respond etc etc
