When I joined the company everything was so good but after the company environment become pathetic. You can go to office at your own time but you have to complete the task.

Dislikes

If you will work very hard but do not talkative then you can't get the good appraisal. If you will do everything everyone will use use to do their work and there is no appreciation. they will never appreciate your work unless you flatter.

Work life balance is nil.. Daily stay upto 9,10. Both for girls and boys. Nothing to learn only testing of ebooks. Salary is very much low. No overtime. Once the project got over they will through out of office. Work from home not available for anyone.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
