Job security is good but you will get very low salary even appraisal is like 1000 rupees per month even if you are lead

Dislikes

Work life balance, and managers aren't polite with the team

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
