Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There are no time limit of work .you can work 12-13 hours per day without additional overtime salary ... salary structure is very bed you can work one month and received salary of 25 days and salary credited next month and the date is 12-15.
