Work culture is good, Job security is also there depends on individual performance, management support is moderate, but you can connect to your senior management directly. Year hike & promotion are to low as compare with other MNC'S.. If any one want to grow fastly in terms of their financial & professional in their career then this is not the right place bec of high hierarchy in positions & low increment after promotions. For IJP in other teams candidate should effort their own for traning & process knowledge along with there working hrs as a adhoc. Soft skill training is there but not helps in process knowledge!!...Read More
