Management is full of politics including HR(People Partner) they should be named as Management Partner not people Partner. They will demote you, keep shuffling you from one team to another team, you cannot voice out coz they will name you with attitude. I am not sure about other GSCs but working in Chennai is not a great choice. If you want to work and not bothered about growth but just keep earning its a good company, keep earning until you retire.
