Hs become CEO, things aren't the same, perhaps it is also due to hard times which ocean shipping companies are facing.

Maersk is hyped in Market, L4 don't respect below levels. Coz of lay off if u don't agree with manager he can give ur name for lay off and keep on saying everyday that u don't deserve the position you are at. They hit self respect.
