Feeling satisfied with my role in MMM Hospital ..happy to be a part in MMM Family... Even i can Manage in hectic situation.... Good in team work. Good in support to the workers. Feeling qualified in skills and in my knowledge angels will secure people's, and I'm an angel to heal my pts.

Dislikes

Need appraisal and motivating the staffs and need rewards for the staff who doing good In their special talents..,i get apraisals from patients but not from my managements. The work pressure is more which makes and pushing in depression and stress . The time extends more than the duty time ,but there is no OT pay ..no transport facility for days scholers.. And need free food for all the staffs .

i had really a nice experience with the team and i enjoyed working in the busiest department(adult intensive care unit) of the hospital where i dealt with patients on ventillator after cardio thoracic surgery which helped me to acquire skills in managing patients in emergency situation. As a result the skills that i acquired from MMM hospital now makes me a competent staff in saudi arabia where i'm working now. Thanks to my mother hospital....Read More

staff shortage which resulted in extending working hours from 6 hrs to 12 hours.

Work Details

work was really really tough but those experiences taught me a lot and it gave me a confidence in managing patients in critical condition and also helps me to give care effectively or what is called as high quality care.
