Everything is good, good management, excellent company policies, Top management focus at all levels, Good place to grow. Decent salary and perks.

Dislikes

Everything is good except working with Head - Marketing is a tough job and so many people in the field & back office left the job due to his behaviour.

I was recognised for my dedicated joy and I had a good support and good name from all the departments up to top management - MD & Directors.

After a dedicated service of 15 years, I have been asked to resign by my boss for no reasons. As I denied, a threat was given by booking a false case on me. Not only me, so may good people were threatended and sent out, without any ethics

Company is started making fool to people from sending health check up letter instead of offer letter. They don't provide you ctc in written president level person lie and show false data if you will not obey him. Harrasing the employees. Zonal head is make every day conference in every 3hours till midnight 11 behave like slave and management will hide his bad behavior by giving you false data.
