i was worked in quality as a non destructive technician. My job was checking cracks on worm shaft&wormwheel by by using magnetic particle testing,. Also using guages,major instruments,also operate cnc machines.. Used UT TEST for specific jobs..

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
