Its a good experience to work in sector agnostic firm. The learning is immense. The India Head the MD of the company is the only demerit in this organization. Worked with good team, youngsters wanting to prove themselves. One gets a chance to work with high end people of various companies.

Dislikes

Compensation is fine but timely salary is a demerit. Everyone works aggressively to close the deal but benefits goes to the MD only. There is no contact of any employee with the US head office. Universal culture is not followed. Benefits of closing a deal go to Head office in US or the India Head only. No work life balance. No job security or benefits like insurance or even PF.

Work Details

My work was challenging as I was the face of the company, getting first hand information and communicating with the prospective clients. I looked after the administration and all the facets of HR except salary calculations. Travelled to various campuses.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
