Administration is very bad, they are always detect money from employees salary, HR don't know the HR policy, one man administration, most worst company, always in there mind how to deduct the money from employees, they deducted Rs45000 from me without any cause at the time of full and final settlement. And HR not picking phone call.

I think top management person should talk to every his employee for his groth and any problems with his boss .if you will do it then better results comes in future and employee can not left the madhus in a short period.
