Company is good.Opportunities are there for freshers to start their career, especially for Mechanical Engineers in both service as well as sales.

Dislikes

There is no value and importance for Sales people. Service people will involve in Sales Matters. But Sales People should not involve in service matters, parts matters.

Work Details

I worked as Sales Engineering. I should deal construction machinery.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
