Good work environment, teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are ok, no appraisals, type give salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. Limited on the job training is given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Poor mentality of management towords old employees

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, but i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no training and now i am asked to train newly joined employees. I hate this. And ingot change to work in different roles.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
