Business growth is not up to the mark and same way employees growth is according to market. One category business is running form long time.

Work Details

working from long time having excellent relationship with owners, I have joined organization as manager finance now working as CFO and looking after whole finance, accounts, personal dept., customs, import & Export.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The company is totally closely held company and owned by a family members. they are manufacturing rugs and fabric for export. it is a well known company in carpet and rug industry . this is also manufacturing paper fabric for musical industry and blinds. I have learned lot of things from managing director of the company .

Dislikes

Earlier company matches the compensation with similar companies in the market but form last few years not proper according to market. As a single person at this level of CFO I have to train juniors and looking after the Export/ Import, Finance, Accounts, personnel and costing but now management not considering all these performances.

Work Details

in 1996 I have joined as Finance Manager and now working as CFO of the company to look after all 5 units/ offices of different sister concerns also. the company is managed by a single family members.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
