Work-Life Balance

work-life balance is there. If you are a permanent employee there, still you feel insecure, forget about the ad-hoc faculty and staff. Salary is paid at time but fewer chances of career growth opportunities. Little or no innovation at all but politics so too much.
Dislikes
Too much politics. A few are genuine, others are like a puppet who doesn't have dignity and respect of being a teacher. Poor job security and work environment.

I was there for TEQIP-3 project implemented by NPIT for a year.
