I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Salary is decent and very good for freshers.

Dislikes

Other than salary, I do not have any positives to derive from this institute. Very worst work culture, you need to know somebody from top management to prolong your career even if u don't do anything and not having proper attendance also. No proper leadership has make the good institute in to a mediocre institute. Academic management seriously need to have a relook.

Good weather in madanapalle. Great infrastructure. From management telugu people had great support giving high entry packages.

Dislikes

The Tamil people only are backdrop for this college. Especially vice principal academics Ramanathan. He targets telugu people who are working efficiently. The management has to take good hods from telugu states.

Very Worst College, Starting from HR - very worst and waste fellow... Every bodies are saying they provide higher salary. but They wont provide higher salary always. please don't join.. there is no job security. when my friend working, due to family reason he took informed leave.. but they terminated immediately. late hours working. there is no right policy at college.
