I dislike other negativity who demolished to my enthusiasm, honesty and effort.

As a fresher i joined this company that time I didn't know anything about company policies and procedures. But, i had learnt so many new things in the company step by step. Now 2.5 years has been completed in this company. Now I'm to do everything.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
