All decision are Sydney driven, managers and directors in India are just puppet of Australia management. 3. They established company in India just to get cheap labours who can work in shifts. 4. Pathetic interview experience at Macquarie with 0 professionalism be the HR or the interviewer They had sent incorrect JD and the interviewer were on some other role, absolutely no coordination. The quality of work at this company is below standard and Job security is not guaranteed regardless of tenure or position I.e HOD. The managers are well connected individuals resulting in negative political environment and mgrs are outdated individuals which can't get job in outside world.
