I came to know about the real nature and culture of this company during my notice period and after my exit from the company. They try each and every trick to not pay your full and final settlement.

Dislikes

The work life balance is very poor.. and employee works without any direction from the seniors... Targets of the year are given in August or September and employees are asked to achieve them in rest of the year..

It is quite objection to say about good and wrost experience .But overall it just say nice.

Dislikes

Their is certain things which might be not good .Lack of coordination between top to bottom member in organization declined the project in its own ways.

As per noam and post in this company ..Project Execution within time in all respect .As per schedule is to be completed.DPR ,Materials Reconciliation ,Safety precution ,Billing of Sub contractor and Dealing with clients.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
