2 week offs which is not respected anymore. On week offs also you have to attend meetings, training’s, come into to work etc.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance 2. The management team runs offers at the store giving near to expiry products to consumers on a purchase above 5k. I do not like this idea about it. 3. Too much pressure on getting an influencer event at the store which is not in our KRA/contract. 4. We are made to do 10 peoples job because the management decided to micro manage. 5.
