In macchem very healthy culture for work. In R&D Technical support is very good. All policies are help for individual and personal life. Dr. Anuj jain not accept any kind of politics and he encouraging and motivate to all employees. Alway focus on knowledge, Hardwork and honesty. He have very sound knowledge of chemistry.

Mac chem group is excellent place to work in terms of job security, can learn from highly qualified general manager, better salary benefits which comes in exact given date. Work culture of company is highly appreciable and there are many chances that one can update his/ her skill development. Overall, highly recommended to join the group for better future.

It's good company. Management is very helpful and supportive. The people who want to grow in pharma industry in term of research and development, undoubtedly they can join Mac Chem R&D centre. Our R&D Head, Dr. Jain have excellent experience of high level of Research. So we can grow ourself. He always incourage to employee for betterment. Few are doing Ph.D under his guidance. Last one year I am working in Mac chem R&D Andheri.but I have never seen this type of culture in my whole life. R&D head is behaving like Kim jong(Ruthless leader) towards his juniors *1.*No job security* *2*.Very toxic culture,lobby making culture, *3*.If the work day ends at 6.30p.m. but the majority of team regularly stays upto 9.p.m., that should be cause for concern *5*.No family/social life *6*.most of employee relieved in single day(no prior notice). *7*.if you have a good job do not join here unless and until you are jobless. *8*. All employees over there are under job searching. *9*.The R&D head forces people to resign.if he is against him....Read More
