Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Everyone are supporting each other friendly in nature. Home like working environment, research and development centre is good for Innovation and learning. College bus is available for traveling from deadend of banglore city. Well security is their. Management is helping to upgrade new things, during COVID every senior faculties are giving guidance to us

It will be great experience over here. Students are well disciplined and cooperative, sometimes feel happy about R&D projects, we are also doing projects and workshops . Its great opportunity they providing for workshops.
