Few senior teammates are cooperative,,,but maximum choose there brain in profession of politics as there 2nd volunteer work. As the root is far deep as the admin doing the same thing.

There is a lots of politics and the management never listens issues, salary is poor,and career growth is nil. There is 2 years bond to be go through if you want to persue your career here,,,and you are always been abused verbally to throw out of organization anytime they want.
