I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact I was part of the team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Plus point my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes I have worked 14 to 20 hours straight in a day to ensure progress of work and workmanship But I got zero benifit to work in late hours
