Dislikes

Only seniors are having benefits of incentives and they will grab your hard earned work to themselves. Witbout even telling you inside sales team of girls will close your orders. Nothing to be liked about the organisation.Not paid salary during lockdown & same was not communicated.After 2 months,was asked to bring sales which is equal to salary or if not done then salary won't be paid.

Dislikes

Was appointed as Sales Executive for M.J.Chemicals who is authorised distributor of Exxon Mobil lubricants but didn't gave the appointment letter which was need to be asked & given after 4 months.Communications are only about the sales.Nothing in general to boost the moral of employee.No satisfaction of working with proprietor..
