Highly old fashioned and immature management. Not ready to change, no appreciation of new ideas, no standard working principles in place, salaries and supplier dues unpaid for months, employees highly insecure. Company definitely needs someone to put them on the right track.

No use of modern ERP, Material planning totally missing, Practical and logical sense missing in senior staff, A huge amount of work still carried out manually. No IT system in place

Nice company to start carrier. I learned many things from here such as QC analysis, QA, documentation Micro analysis. I suggested fresher to join this company surely they will learn to much here rather then any where.
