Compensation is high but overall growth is slow. The work pressure is too high ,So i have to work for 14 to 16 hours. Due to absenteeism of staff without information i have to do straight shift. The seniors donot value individuals strength that is why most of the time i have to take back my suggesstions. I do receive appreciation mails but it goes unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal.
