Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It was a terrible company. The organisational structure and reporting flow both were confusing. HR is terrible. No proper escalation matrix. Even travel expenditure for sales personnel are too low. Travel expenses outside any states are 1000/- per say fir ASM. Even so, it's not guaranteed you will be paid. Also, company has nocorporate culture. Work life balance is totally out of question. With PIP OR NOTICE the company will throw you out. Pathetic company to be work for as far as my experience. Also there is no annual appraisal or salary hike.
