Nothing to like, it's the wrost company to work for, the pole didn't have minus rating so was forced to rate it lala company 1 star, even this they don't deserve.

Everthing, from the Managing Director to the HOD's all are incompetent and abusive towards all the staff - discrimination, politics, mental torture, etc everything you will get to see here. One of their employees had a minor heart attack due to the daily abuse from the Management team-just a small example of their excellent work culture. The MD-DGL (Mr. Dhruv Girish Luthra) is a 12th fail student and is still leading this company, which is both shocking and laughable. Anyone thinking to join please think twice, as you will never be able to forget such a horrible experience of working here. The attrition rate here is beyond 80% which says a lot about the environment and the stupid leadership team. They fire people according to the Management teams mood and requirements. No fix working hours and office is really far from the city so working hours are almost 14-15 hours considering the traveling time and the overtime. Please take care of your mental health and stay away from this lala company. The employee working there since long are only those who are not getting jobs anywhere else as they are school dropouts and people who failed in college. No qualified people stay in the organization beyond few months, after that, they look out for jobs, and run out of this horrible place called Luthra Group....Read More

Excellent company in whole of South Gujarat where you get excellent opportunity to work and grow professionally work-life balance. You get to learn many things each day. Management is too supportive. Must work organisation with 5 days working and AC bus transportation.

Just that company is providing 5 day week and transportation. Nothing else.

Dislikes

Company is full of politics and the culture is not good at all. There is no job security of anyone because everyone is trying to demotivate everyone, nothing motivational happens here in a day. All are depressed and are just waiting for weekends to come. Most of the seniors are full of Ego and they don't want to listen to their subordinates.
