Thanks for asking me. I would love to share my thoughts. Can I confirm a few things first? Just to make sure my assumptions are correct Lumax working culture is good and company Tom,Kaizen, 5s etc well and good condition I have 3 years of experience in the injection molding department and know that all the employees work with complete honesty. If I need any help, I am helped in every possible way. If I am asked for any help, I help with full honesty. 1) Responsible for all production related activities like achieving daily targets reducing rejection. 2);Responsible for mold changes and mold clean 3). Responsible machine startup and part defect solve 4)Responsible verification with production report 5)To make standard parameters for machine operator and set machine under parameters. 6)Improve production with good quality and reduce PPM and to do RED BIN analysis. 7)Fill up process parameters monitoring & machine startup check sheet. 8)On job training to operator. 9)Ensure maintain 5's on tha shop floor & marking kaisan for continuous. I understand from 3 years of experience that safety is very important for us.But not much focus is given on safety. Discipline is not done in other departments.

You will learn a lot if you learn by your self, as you have to travel in every department for a single material movement.

Dislikes

Unexpected cuts from salary. Unpaid Overtime, whatever HR says you have to work 12 hrs a day. No training program. 0 cooperation and communication between department causing latency in production.

The company has good infrastructure facilities, customer satisfaction is of high importance. Employees are satisfied , Offices are installed with TFAs, The AQI level in office is below 20 ppm. Salary is always on time, Give full liberty to excel, growth for hard working employees is assured, integrity is respected. Trainings are imparted regularly, Canteen facility , uniform, is provided, A lot of employee benefit policies are in vogue. Salary is on last day of the month without failure. Working at Lumax is a wonderful experience. Staff is cooperative, Seniors are good and supportive. Work environment is safe for women employees. Flexi working hours. Leaders are approachable. Salary & promotion & appraisal is too slow if you are not skip & continues job in lumax then your salary is increased very slow compared other employees who hired from other companies as same role & responsibility DWM.

Don't work this company. I already work for 3yrs.(2016-2019). I started working as a helper in Electrical department.12hr work No holiday .even Sunday also work .if you take a leave your salary will deduct .after 1yr work your salary hike only 5-7% only .when I am join my salary is only 6000/-rs per month.

Dislikes

Physical work is more as compared to mental work.no work life balance because no holiday available. If you take a leave your salary will deduct.in whole year only 2day holiday available there is Biswakarma Puja & Dilwali.remain 363 day working. no facility available like no food,no Travel allowance,No PF ,No Health insurance
