Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. I was working there for more than 2 year .There is no working culture...lots of politics running in the plant...Antonio Mascia was the main culprit & he was very arrogant & pathetic person & same management ruined the people who were working hard for the company... There were always crisis between operators and managment. Hard working employees are always ignored. Company product & technology was world class but plant always kept unstable due to some selfish peoples bad management....Read More
