In this organisation I get good experience in my work and Job security is definitely here if u can work sincerely. Co. Norms and policies are good in manner. Also give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Expense policy is not good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
