1. The HR treats employees really well, and being in the Dubai branch , the HR department deserves special mention. 2. Salary is paid on time, and there are other incentives added to the salary as well. 3. Monthly meetings are held on time and discussions are pretty helpful in learning how production can be done more efficiently.

Dislikes

1. The managers, except the HR, SF6 Fabrication and Business unit Department, are pretty egoistic and often rude to people, and they are given more authority to a point where they start to threaten your career. 2. A lot of favourism comes into play and this is mainly seen in Indians. 3. Work environment is pretty unhealthy.
