Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Lucid top management at HO is good, but they kept unaware about plant politics by local management.

Very cheap level of politics by Plant Management. President and VP of plant are very cheap persons. They have no experience of handling manpower. They regularly hire employees and terminates the old employees without any reasons. Even they terminated 29 and 14 year old employees without giving any reasons. When employee goes home after completing shift, he gets message from VP that you have been terminated, no reason was mentioned for termination. Very bad management.
