Work culture is not good. Misbehaving HOD. No action against union members even they misbehave with the staff. Too much politics. Too much work pressure. Discrimination between labour & officer facilities. Labour gets more salary & benefits compared to a well educated officer. Lot of torture by the HOD & union members in HR dept.
